Change Orders

Any modifications to the original scope must be documented and approved by both parties, potentially affecting costs and timelines.

Property Access

Clients must provide safe and unobstructed access to property areas requiring roofing work to ensure safety and efficiency.

Dispute Resolution

Any disagreements will first be addressed through amicable negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be settled via arbitration.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if terms are violated or unforeseen circumstances prevent project completion.

Force Majeure

Chessons Roofing is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including weather, supply chain disruptions, or labor strikes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the roofing services are rendered, and any legal actions are subject to local courts.
